(RE)INTRODUCING BLOCKX SOFT PASTELSBlockx has been manufacturing artist colors in Belgium since 1865. This painterly selection of 204 pastels is made up of 40 pure colors, one shade and three tints of each color, two blacks and two whites. The large .5" diameter by 2.6" long sticks are soft and velvety, yet retain a slight hardness (very similar to Rowney & Girault on our chart), they have superb tinting strength, and are lightfast and permanent.
