I ordered a handful of individual Terrages ...some darks, a few turquoises,and greens....and couldn't be happier with the ease of mark making and the brilliance of color. I love how they lay down on both sanded and unsanded paper

"Damages order"
I ordered a set of Townsend Terrages that arrived with several of the pastels crushed. This was ńot due to how the pastels were packaged by Dakota for shipping , but likely occurred in original packaging at Townsend. I called Dakota and was greeted with such kindness and eagerness to make it right that I was overwhelmed. It is this kind of business that I will always be loyal to. My broken pastels have been replaced . Thank you Dakota !!!
