    "Expensive"
    The Giraults are not as soft as I thought they might be and they are small sized for the price. But the color variety is good, and will suit my needs. I bought them for plein air painting. They arrived unscathed.

    Love my Girault 50 McKinley Neutral - Friends set which arrived securely packaged and without any breakage. Neutrals were just what I needed and the hard/soft texture of these pastels add to their versatility. Like them especially when painting small. Hope to buy more in the future.

    "Girault"
    These pastel sticks offer the best of both worlds. They are hard enough to blend and make fine marks but soft enough for broader and more expressive mark making. I absolutely love them.
